The WP Management is meant to ensure the smooth execution of the project from start to finish.
The specific task objectives of this work package are:
- Ensure project execution in accordance with the Grant Agreement and Partnership Agreement.
- Oversee execution of planned activities and their timely reporting.
- Assess risks continuously and propose and execute mitigating measures.
- Assure efficient communication of the Partnership with the assigned EC officials.
- Maintain sound financial records of the project.
- Assure timely financial reporting

- D7.1: Setting up the management structure.
